Information for Referring Physicians

We welcome your referrals at Novant Health Coastal Plastic Surgery. To refer a patient to our office:

  • Make a referral via EPIC. 
  • Call us at 910-754-8808 between 8:30 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Fax a completed referral form to 910-754-8809.
