Billing & Insurance
Novant Health Coastal Plastic Surgery will work with you before any procedure to get necessary insurance approvals and to inform you of any costs that will be your responsibility. If your procedure or visit is not covered by insurance, payment is due at or before the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit card and most major credit cards.
Please bring your insurance card as well as your method of copayment or payment with you to every appointment.
Online bill pay
For your convenience, you can pay bills from your doctor's office online. This service allows you to pay your bills quickly and securely.

Workers compensation
Novant Health Medical Group urgent care and some orthopedic locations accept many workers compensation insurance carriers, and will bill your employer's carrier after treatment of your on-the-job injury.Some workers compensation insurance carriers provider "designated" physician and hospital networks for the treatment of work-related injuries. Your Employer should let you know if these designated workers compensation networks pertain to you.
